Our sanitization and cleaning program demonstrates that we are one of the world’s leading airlines when it comes to safety according to the Airline Ratings ranking, and this allows us to ensure that more people travel well.

We will continue to update our protocols and adopt best practices to guarantee your safety.

Check In:

  • The use of face masks is obligatory during the entire travel process.
  • Bear in mind that some airports only allow entry to the terminal building to people that have a boarding pass.
  • Add the services you need such as carry-on or checked baggage, and check-in in My Trips or our app, to have your boarding pass with you on your cell phone and speed up your journey.

At the counters:

  • We are constantly cleaning all surfaces and our work area with industrial-grade disinfectants.
  • We maintain a safe distance in all lines, following the signs and markings at the airport.
  • We have disinfectant mats at the aircraft door, and our staff will offer you antibacterial gel and check your body temperature remotely.

While boarding:

  • We implemented personal scans of boarding passes, avoiding contact.
  • We have disinfectant mats at the entrance to the aircraft.
  • Our staff verifies your body temperature from a distance.
  • We board the aircraft in groups of no more than 30 people, and we respect safe distances.

On the aircraft

Our crew

  • All our crew wears masks, face shields, and gloves.
  • We can provide you with hand sanitizer gel.
  • We disembark the plane in a controlled manner by row to guarantee a healthy distance.

Cleaning measures

  • All our aircraft have HEPA filters, which recycle 100% of the air in the cabin every three minutes and remove 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.
  • We carry out a deep clean of the cabin before each flight.
  • We use industrial-grade cleaning products to disinfect all surfaces, including tables, backrests, bathrooms, armrests, seats, safety belts, partitions, and luggage compartments.

Upon arrival

  • We apply a disinfectant to your baggage to maintain it free of viruses and bacteria.
  • We make sure to respect a safe distance in the baggage claim areas.

Venues health and safety measures

  • Secure access to property observing the latest hygiene protocols for suppliers and employees.

Restaurants & Catering health and safety measures

  • Antibacterial gel stations can be found at restaurant entrances.
  • Markers on each table represent surfaces that are disinfected and ready for guests to be seated.
  • Reorganization of all restaurant areas to ensure 6 feet between all tables and surfaces.
  • Floor markers will be put in place to enforce social distancing.
  • Physical menus will be disinfected after each use.
  • All kitchens will continue to follow the highest government sanitation standards.
  • Each team member is required to wash their hands every 30 minutes.

Hotels Meeting Rooms health and safety measures

  • Increased frequency of deep cleaning in the Meeting Rooms, including walls, carpets and air conditioning.
  • Regular fumigation of and addition of hand sanitizers in all meeting rooms.
  • To ensure Social Distancing, set ups and layouts, as well as digital information specific for groups agenda.
  • F&B Preparation: All employees receive health checks every morning; preparation Areas are Deep Cleaned multiple times per day; staff is using food safety equipment.
  • F&B Service: Coffee break snacks will be displayed to preserve social distancing protocols; assisted food service and buffet; allergy signs displayed for food items.

Hotel health and safety measures

  • Rooms are disinfected and cleaned with certified biodegradable products 24 hours prior to guest check in.
  • Linens and textiles are cleaned through laundry certified process.
  • Reinforced new cleaning protocols for our dining areas.
  • Room service is now a no-contact service for a more intimate experience. Food is delivered in a closed compostable package with reusable bamboo plating and implements.
  • Signage to ensure social distancing during check-in at the front desk. Room keys are disinfected before and after each guest has returned them.
  • Private and convenient check in and out through app.
  • Upon arrival, all bags are to be disinfected by bellboys as well as golf carts used to transport guests after each use.
  • Signage on waiting areas has been installed to aid the flow and avoid crowds.
  • Hand sanitizer gel stations have been installed throughout the property for easy and convenient access for all guests.
  • All public areas will be sanitized daily with an electrostatic mist system.
  • Social distancing will be enforced when waiting in line for outdoor activities.
  • The number of people in elevators will be limited.

Transportation health and safety measures

  • Drivers of transfer vehicles are mandatory to wear protective gear(Face mask, glasses and gloves) at all times.
  • Before the beginning of the operation day, all vehicles are sterilized.
  • Vehicles will be sanitized before each service.
  • “Welcome Health Kit” available for clients on board: face mask, gloves and antibacterial gel.
  • Vehicles will be used in 50% of capacity.

Activities health and safety measures

  • From the very first contact, temperature is digitally measured from afar on all visitors, coworkers and anyone entering our transportation units or our facilities.
  • Hand sanitizing and handwashing stations are properly identified and distributed in strategic points at every facility of parks.
  • Coworkers are provided with personal protection equipment (face shield, face masks, gloves, closed footwear, among others) of mandatory use and according to their functions.
  • Disinfection processes will be implemented in every area of our business units.
  • Capacity is reduced in the first stage of opening at all our parks, tours, consumption centers and swimming pools.
  • All physical distancing protocols of 5 feet (1.5 meters) will apply inside the transportation units, restaurants, attractions and park entrance queues, among others.
